Terms & Conditions

1. Services Agreement

By hiring ADN WebTech, you agree to these terms. A formal agreement or purchase order must be signed before work begins. All services are subject to availability and ADN WebTech reserves the right to refuse service.

2. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 50% advance + 50% on delivery. For larger projects, a customized payment schedule may be agreed upon. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project agreement.

3. Project Timeline

Timelines provided are estimates. Delays caused by client feedback, revision requests, or unavailability of required materials from the client are not the responsibility of ADN WebTech.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. ADN WebTech retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.

5. Revisions

Each project package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

6. Hosting & Domain

If ADN WebTech provides hosting/domain services, the client is responsible for annual renewal fees after the free period. ADN WebTech is not responsible for data loss due to server failures beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

ADN WebTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or business.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
